Fuka has been skipping school in this scene from Cutie Spankee. The police picked her up downtown and took her to her teacher’s house. There, she finds herself being taken over her teacher’s knee and given a very hard spanking with a wooden paddle. Then she is made to bend over holding her skirt for some more punishment.
